Terms of Service

Last updated September 8, 2026 · Savino Marketing LLC

These terms govern your use of savinomarketing.com and localvibepostcard.com and the services of Savino Marketing LLC (“Savino Marketing,” “we,” “us”), including the Own Your AI coaching program, The Vibe Circle membership community, and The Local Vibe co-op direct-mail advertising service with its AI Ad Builder. By enrolling in a program, joining the community, placing an order, or using the site, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to buy a placement, enroll in a program, or create an account. If you order for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it, and that the email you use at checkout belongs to you or that business; we tie the placement, the advertiser account, and all notices to that address.

1. Who we are

Savino Marketing LLC is a company registered in New York at 254 Miles Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10308. You can reach us at hello@localvibepostcard.com.

2. What we provide

We provide AI education and coaching programs, and advertising products. Own Your AI is a one-on-one coaching program in which we teach you to build and run AI systems in your own business. The Vibe Circle is a paid membership community where we teach AI workflow basics. The Local Vibe is a co-op direct-mail advertising service: you purchase an advertising placement (an ad slot, and optionally a sponsor placement) on a shared postcard mailed via USPS Every Door Direct Mail to households in a selected local market. We currently open markets in New York and New Jersey. The AI Ad Builder is a self-serve tool you use to design your own ad; you direct it, you review the output, and you approve what gets printed. We are providing education services and advertising placement services, not selling tangible goods.

3. Own Your AI (the 9-week 1:1 program)

Own Your AI is a nine-week, one-on-one coaching and education program. Enrollment is by application: you apply, we hold a fit call, and enrollment is confirmed when we agree on a start date and you pay the fees quoted to you during enrollment. A deposit reserves your start date; any remaining balance is due as agreed at enrollment.

Satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied with the program, tell us in writing and we will refund your deposit. The deposit is the maximum amount covered by this guarantee.

The program is education and coaching: we build systems in your business with you, and you own and operate what we build together, including after the program ends. You are responsible for how you use AI tools and systems in your business, including compliance with laws that apply to your industry. The program is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and we do not guarantee any particular business result, revenue outcome, or time savings.

Third-party tools and services used in your systems (for example AI model providers) are governed by their own terms and fees, which are yours to maintain after the program.

Program readiness and equipment: the program requires a computer that can run the standard tools we set up together (a current web browser, a note application, and an AI assistant account in your own name). We confirm readiness on the kickoff call. If your computer cannot run these tools, we pause your start until it is resolved rather than running sessions that cannot work; the schedule shifts with the pause, and your deposit and the satisfaction guarantee are unaffected by it. Subscriptions for tools in your own name, your equipment, and any repair or replacement your equipment needs are purchased and maintained by you. Systems we build may also carry small third-party tool or usage fees in your own accounts; we discuss any such cost with you before it is incurred.

Working sessions, including the kickoff call, may be recorded, including with AI note-taking tools, for internal purposes only: our notes, quality, and continuity between sessions. Recordings are never published or shared outside the program.

4. The Vibe Circle (membership community)

The Vibe Circle is our membership community, hosted on the Skool platform. Membership is billed at the price posted on the community page through the platform's payment system, and you can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues through the period you have already paid for. Live calls, lessons, and templates are provided for your own business use and may not be resold or redistributed. We may remove members who violate basic community standards (harassment, spam, harmful content); the community is subject to Skool's own platform terms as well.

5. The Local Vibe: orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and charged through our payment processor, Stripe. Reserving a slot holds it for a limited time; the placement is confirmed only when payment completes. Ad slots and sponsor placements are sold as a bundled advertising service and are not sold as standalone tangible items.

Mailing quantities are estimates. Market and edition sizes stated anywhere on the site or in our materials, however phrased (households, homes, addresses, or delivery points; for example, about 10,000 households per market or about 5,000 addresses per edition), are estimates based on USPS carrier-route delivery-point counts at the time of publication. USPS maintains carrier-route boundaries and counts and changes them over time, so the addresses on a route list at mailing may be more or fewer than the estimate. The mailed quantity of record for an edition is the route list and the per-route piece counts on the USPS mailing statement for that edition; where that count and the address count differ, we report both. USPS handles delivery. We do not control, and do not promise, delivery to or receipt at any address. USPS paperwork shows which routes were selected and how many pieces USPS accepted, not what happened at any door. Maps, market boundaries, and neighborhood figures we show for a market come from USPS and U.S. Census data, are approximate, and are shown for orientation only.

Multi-edition packs. A pack prepays two or four future editions at the per-edition price shown at checkout; that price already includes any first-time or returning-buyer discount, so promotion codes do not apply to packs. A pack holds your position class (front or back page, corner or middle) in each future edition. We aim for your exact cell but do not promise it, and we confirm each placement with you by email before that edition opens to the public. If you skip an edition, the held position may be taken by another business, and your remaining editions apply to any open slot at the same price or less, on any card. You may hold one active pack per market at a time. Refunds for unmailed editions are covered in section 9.

The founding sponsor donation is the sponsor's own voluntary gift, made directly by the sponsor to the charity it chooses. It is not collected, held, routed, or guaranteed by Savino Marketing, is not a condition of the sponsor package or of any advertising placement, and Savino Marketing makes no statement about its tax treatment; sponsors should consult their own advisors.

We send order confirmations, proof and deadline notices, refund notices, and your Design link by email to the address you give at checkout, and Stripe sends your receipt to the same address. Keep that address current and check it: notices sent there count as delivered. You can opt out of marketing email at any time; service notices continue while you have a placement with us.

6. Designing and approving your ad (final-proof responsibility)

You design your ad with the AI Ad Builder or by uploading your own finished artwork. When you approve a proof, that approval is the point of no return for that print run:

Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval. Savino Marketing cannot be held liable for errors discovered after approval; jobs sent to press cannot be altered.

You may continue to revise your ad until the card's print deadline (shown in your Ad Builder and in your confirmation email), after which it locks for printing. Please review spelling, phone numbers, offers, dates, and artwork carefully before approving.

7. Your content and the rights you grant

You are responsible for the content of your ad, including any claims, offers, prices, logos, images, and text. By submitting content (including anything you upload or generate with the AI Ad Builder), you represent that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it is truthful and not misleading.

Savino Marketing is not responsible for the claims made in ads by advertisers. The responsibility falls on you, the advertiser, to approve and lock in an ad that is honest and that follows applicable state and federal law.

You keep ownership of your own logos and source materials. For the finished ad created for your placement, we grant you the right to use it for your own marketing. We may display finished ads and anonymized examples of work as portfolio and promotional material; tell us in writing if you prefer we don't feature your ad.

8. Acceptable content

Ads must comply with applicable law and USPS mailing standards and must not be deceptive, discriminatory, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful. We screen submissions and may decline or request changes to any content at our discretion. Because the product is a printed piece mailed to households, we may refuse content we cannot verify is safe.

9. The Local Vibe: cancellations and refunds

Full refund, no questions asked, any time before your card's print deadline (the deadline is shown in your Ad Builder and in your confirmation email). Once your approved ad goes to print with the card, the placement has been produced and fees are non-refundable. We never print an ad you have not approved: if the print deadline arrives and you have not approved an ad, your slot is released and everything you paid for that placement is refunded in full, automatically. You can instead choose, any time before the deadline, to roll your payment to the next edition. We do not guarantee any particular response rate, call volume, or business result from an advertising placement.

Unmailed editions of a multi-edition pack are refundable at their allocated per-edition price until that edition's print deadline; if an edition does not mail, its share carries to the next edition of the same market under the paragraph below, and is refundable on request.

Edition Mailing Minimum, mail-by date, and what happens if an edition does not mail. An edition goes to print once at least 13 of its 16 ad slots are sold. Every edition has a mail-by date, set when the edition is created, shown on its card page and in your confirmation email, and never moved later. If your edition has not mailed by its mail-by date, or we tell you earlier that it will not print, your placement carries to the next edition of the same market automatically: the same position class, at no additional charge, with nothing for you to do. Your money stays paid toward a card that mails. You are entitled instead to a full refund of everything you paid Savino Marketing for that placement, on request: one click on your account page or in the notice email is enough, and we will not call you to change your mind. That refund option stays open until the next edition's print deadline. A carried placement is a placement on that edition under these terms, including the first paragraph of this section, and your ad must be approved again before it prints. On a prepaid multi-edition contract, the same applies to every edition that has not mailed. If two consecutive editions of a market do not mail, we refund the carried placement automatically. For the Fall 2026 edition, the mail-by date is February 28, 2027.

10. Your account, your QR code, and fair use

Your advertiser account and Design link. When you buy a placement we create an advertiser account under the email you use at checkout, and your confirmation email carries a Design link that opens your ad. Anyone who has that link or your password can view and change your ad until the print deadline, so keep both private and do not forward the link. Revisions and approvals made through your link or your account before the print deadline are treated as made by you. Tell us right away at hello@localvibepostcard.com if you think someone else has used your account or your link. To protect the service we may sign you out of all devices, ask you to set a new password, or suspend an account we reasonably believe is being misused. If we suspend an account before its ad has printed, section 9 still governs any refund.

Using the site fairly. The site, the reservation flow, the Ad Builder, and our other tools are for placing and designing your own advertising. Do not use scripts or automation to hold slots, do not reserve slots you do not intend to buy, and do not probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the site, our tools, or other advertisers' use of them. Do not upload files that contain malware or content you have no right to use. A reservation hold is a courtesy: it expires on its own after the hold window shown to you, and we may release a hold or cancel an order that we reasonably believe was placed by automation, in bad faith, or to block other advertisers. If we cancel a paid order for that reason, we refund it in full.

Your ad's QR code. The QR code on your printed ad encodes a link on localvibepostcard.com that forwards to the website address you chose. We do it this way so you can change where the code sends people from your Ad Builder, even after the card has printed, without a new print run. You are responsible for the address the code points to at all times, including any change you make after printing: it must be your own site or one you are allowed to send people to. If the address is missing or we cannot forward to it safely, the code opens The Local Vibe front door instead. When someone scans the code we record the scan, as described in our Privacy Policy, and your account shows scan counts. Counts are scans of the code, not people, visits, or households, and we do not promise any number of scans. The forwarding link works while we operate the service.

AI-generated designs. The AI Ad Builder generates designs from what you type, the images and logo you provide, and, when you give us your website address, the public text and logo on that site, which it reads to learn your brand. Generated text and images can be wrong: names, prices, phone numbers, offers, awards, and other facts in a design may be invented or taken from the wrong source, and it is your job to check every fact before you approve. Designs come from a general-purpose model, so a design made for you may resemble designs made for other advertisers, and we do not promise that any design is unique or protectable. Your inputs, your website content, and the generated images are processed by OpenAI under its own terms. A set number of generations is included with your placement; the number is shown in your Ad Builder and your confirmation email.

11. Materials and environmental statement

The Local Vibe cards are printed on 100-pound uncoated cover stock using vegetable-based, low-VOC inks, with no plastic coatings, and the cards are recyclable. Our paper supplier represents the stock as FSC-certified, and we have confirmed that certification independently at the supplier level.

Our print vendor does not hold FSC chain-of-custody certification, so a chain-of-custody number is not available for our print runs, the finished cards do not carry the FSC label, and we do not market the cards as FSC-certified products. We publish this so our environmental description stays exact.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savino Marketing's total liability for any claim relating to a program, membership, or placement is limited to the amount you paid for that program, membership, or placement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, as our Privacy Policy describes, but no online service is perfectly secure, and we do not promise that the site, your account, or your Design link will be free of unauthorized access.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Savino Marketing harmless from claims arising out of your ad content, your offers, your use of systems built during a program, or your breach of these terms.

14. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Questions about these terms? Email hello@localvibepostcard.com.
